Ingredients:

1/2 cup urad dal
1 cup rice
1 cup bengal gram
1 cup sugar
1/4 cup grated coconut (optional)
pinch cardamom powder
oil for deep frying

Method:
1. Soak the rice and urad dal for 2 hrs. drain the water and make like thick paste like dosa batter.
2. Cook the bengal gram and add the sugar into it and bends well.
3. Take the vessel and add a dal paste and make thick paste  while stirring continuously.Add coconut, cardomom powder and well well. And make the small ball.
4. Heat the oil and make the small ball and dip in the batter and deep fry till golden brown.
